General questions

How to reserve an apartment with co-living.com?

  • Select coliving building that is interesting to you
  • Select your dates and choose the room
  • Fill up the form with stay and guest details
  • The Company has 24 hours to confirm or refuse your request
  • You get in touch with the company about check-in details

What is provided in the room?

All apartments at our buildings are equipped with bed linen, towels, internet, table and chair, storage space.

Do the apartments have internet?

All our apartments have high speed WiFi internet.

Is smoking allowed in coliving rooms?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside our rooms.

Are the rooms pets friendly?

Unfortunately, for hygiene and allergy reasons, we do not accept animals.

How I can extend my stay?

If you would like to extend your stay you have to proceed to a new reservation, and a tenant has no priority on other tenants to come.

How does the checkout works?

  • Checkout take place no later than 10pm.
  • You need to empty Your trash can.
  • leave all your badges on the desk and close the door by using the app.
  • An inventory will be carried out later by the company

What are the payment methods accepted by Homenhancement?

Paypal, bank wires or in Geneva with a payment terminal.

What is included in the rent price?

All the charges, heating, water, electricity and internet. Also cleaning of the communal areas are included in price.

What is the minimum stay?

Minimum stay is 4 nights. However, you will get far better pricing for one month or longer stays.

Can I work from home?

Yes you can work from home. Every apartment has working table and chair with high speed WiFi internet. Depending on coliving building, some of them will have communal working space.

How I can pay long rental?

Rent is paid at the start of each month. The process is monitored by our tea, and all invoices sent via email.

I am relocating for work – can my company receive the invoices and pay?

Yes, just provide us with our company's details and we'll add them as the billing contact on your booking

Do you accept couples?

Yes, of course! We accept couples but each one should stay in separate room. Please get in touch and we can talk you through everything.

What types of shared spaces are in your buildings?

While each of our buildings is unique, all are designed to help people to connect and bring people together. We've got multiple spaces to suit any occasion and all your needs – from spas to shared kitchens, cinema screens to laundry rooms, and restaurants to co-working spaces, it's all under one roof.

Are there any Reception ?

No there are no reception . It is a self checkin system.

Cancellation

How I can cancel my stay?

We hope that our members will never need to cancel, but we understand that circumstances can change. Any stay at coliving rooms is as flexible as it gets. Should you need to leave us on very short notice, we are here to help find the best solution.

Privacy and security

Are the buildings secured?

All our properties have CCTV, safes and key-only access to different areas of the building.
